And young doctors, working long hours without proper facilities, separate work rooms, safety is not the only problem for women. The judges also said that work environment is also an important issue.
The judges also expressed their displeasure that the photo of the deceased woman has been widely published and this is a tribute to her. Subsequently, the judges ordered the CBI to submit its investigation report by the 22nd in the case of the rape and murder of the practicing doctor. This is not just a Kolkata hospital issue; The judges said that it was a problem for doctors as a whole and ordered that a national level committee should be formed to study the safety of practicing doctors.
