121One person died and three others were seriously injured and admitted to Kilinochchi Hospital in a road accident that took place between Thirumurikandi and Kokkavil area on A-9 road under Mankulam Police Division of Mullaitivu District.
Hayas was traveling from the airport to Jaffna to pick up the visitors from abroad
The accident took place between the 241st Km and 242 Km of the A9 road where a vehicle collided with a bus that was moving ahead.
The four who were seriously injured in the accident were immediately taken to the Kilinochchi Hospital and one died on admission.
Mankulam police are conducting further investigations into the incident
