A session on food habits, maternal and child care and family welfare program on the topic of ‘Women’s Life’ for the women members of the village level community basic organization under the Chainthamaru Divisional Secretariat was held at the Chainthamaru Divisional Secretariat meeting hall yesterday, Monday.
The workshop was organized under the auspices of the Sainthamaru Health Medical Officer Office and organized by the Sainthamaru Samurthi Community Foundation.
Samurthi Bank Association Managing Director Riyad A. Majeed presided over this session under the supervision of A.F.Rikasa Sharbeen, Development Officer of Samurthi Bank Association, Community Basic Organizations, Chainta Marudu Divisional Secretary M.M.Ashik participated as the chief guest and started the session.
Dr. Arshad Kariapar, Health Medical Officer of Sainthamaru, attended the session as the resource person and special guest.
Dr. Arshad Kariapar gave a complete explanation on the topic of ‘Women’s Life’ about food habits, maternal and child care, infectious diseases and family welfare. Many women members of the society including the president of Saindamarudu Samurthi Community Foundation KM Kabir, secretary M. Janoon, treasurer AR Sharmila participated in this.
